In coloured Manga, Chocho's hair and skin are the same colour, but in the black and white manga her hair is white and her skin is grey.

Are you dense? Her hair is the same color in the manga, but the manga is black and white. Light colored hair is left white while dark skin tones and are grey in black and white.
