It was so damn boring.. boring music.
I mean there was like 5 episodes with nothing happening at all, he was just staying on a bridge and just doing nothing. Really dull anime imo. I haven't seen the other .Hack animes, so I can't really judge them, but I really disliked //Roots.

Did you play the .hack//G.U series on the PS2? If not you will find the anime completely boring and pointless, the anime's purpose was to fill some of the holes the game left out of the story and that was the creation of the twilight brigade and the disappearance of shino.

The most boring anime I have ever watched would be Shugo Chara. It sucks monkey balls.
