When it comes to Neji death I expected to see Team Gai reaction and their expression to give some feeling to this episode. It's almost as if there's no drastic, not much realistic and not much impacting . Instead the Animator did poorly job with the transition and the pacing was so rushed when they could'v add the fillers in regards to Might Guy and Tenten Character Development which could've been expanded upon and prolong the Rock Lee& Neji Flashback as it was necessary.
I understand that Kishi portrayed very poorly in the manga which puts the Studio Animator in difficult position, but still there's multiple opportunities to change and justify in the anime but instead it's even worse than in the manga.
This scene could've been handled much better, when Naruto tapped Lee shoulder, it should've give the amount of impactful, intense and suspenseful moment. Also the soundtrack could've been more appropriate choice which I was expecting something like this.
When Rock Lee kicks madara, in the Anime it looks like a joke, they don't give some epic dynamic shot of Lee kicking unlike how the Manga went, and I'm very disappointed.
The fanmade animation did even way better in portraying the Neji death and handled much better in Team Gai given some epic shock value than in the Anime seriously this scene made me cry.
Anyway the only good thing about this episode is that it delviered great animation, arts, and the voice actor especially Obito was very well done.
