Anyway he said the hiruzen was said to be the strongest kage of his generation which I didnt really have a counter for. But by feats I think Raikage takes a dump on him. Anyways what do you guys think?

Hiruzen was dubbed a God of his Era, When his Era included shinobi like 3rd Raikage. A Man doesn't get such a title for being weaker than his fellow kages.

Also Even in his Weak old stage, kabuto (who has knowledge on about every village due to his spying activities) stated that even when he was old, people still considered him the strongest of the 5 kage, Which included 4th Raikage, 4th Kazekage, onoki and Mei.

By feats both raikages should win seeing as we've seen absolutely nothing what hiruzen can do, In theory with him knowing all Konoha jutsu's including secret clan jutsu, he is basically a 1man army and can perform any clan combination like ino-shika-cho by himself, Any jutsu elemental combinations such as katons fuled by powerful fuutons and such.

I doubt it can be used with clones, I mean he did use it with clones but the real one also used it. That would be too hax of that were possible.

If hiruzen could use the hidden techniques of each clan properly he would have used them.

What's the differene between Old Hiruzen and Prime Hiruzen? Stamina and old age issues. In the war arc we saw him as an Edo, without all those problems, and still he didn't use any technique of that kind. I think that if Hiruzen can use the hidden techniques of each clan, that doesn't mean he can use them on a Kage level.

Hiruzen was at best able to take Part 1 Orochimaru's arms... He's not getting anything from 3rd Ay. Even if he could, he dies full stop so it'd be nothing more than a draw.

Shadow clones makes multi-tasking a breeze.

All he needs is a couple clones.

He uses it with Shadow Clones and all 3 take Raikages soul. His clones had no problem taking Tobirama and Hashirama and real Hiruzen could only take arms because Kusanagi went through his heart.
