The impact from the explosion causes the Third Raikage to close his eyes and his eye lids should be durable enough to tank a water bullet. Then the 3rd Raikage puts on his lightning armour again.
Minato can obviously dodge amaterasu. That was just a joke signature to remind me of the thread where a poorly constructed runon sentence caused a massive shitstorm lasting 33 pages.
The Third Raikage is too simple of a fighter and will be constantly trolled by the Mizukage so it isn't a low diff win when Raikage only wins by outlasting him. On the other hand, I don't see Ay winning this at all, let alone with low difficulty.
Fair enough.
Not taking into consideration the duration of the battle, then yeah I say low diff for the 3rd because he can neither be harmed by waster techniques, not can Joki boi keep up with his speed. And the clam can't be summoned forever. And as soon as the clam is gone, 3rd wins with little difficulty. Ok then, let's say mid diff, just because the 3rd Raikage will have some waiting to do, but that's literally his only issue.
As for Ay (4th Raikage). It's 30m, I find it hard to not believe him straight up v2 blitzing before Mizukage can even make a hand sign for any summons. Durability isn't as strong as his fathers, but his speed sort of makes up for that. He can dodge and outrun anything the Mizukage throws. And just like I said before, I pomace the clam summon time is over, what can Mizukage do? He's done for once the genjutsu is gone. Chidori couldn't pierce his armor, so what can a water bullet do?
