I believe that the Raikage would take this fight due to the fact that Sasuke is a lightning style user and so is he, so the ninjutsu would have little to no effect on him. Also he has the one-finger Nukite technique and the perfect shield. Also he was able to tank a Rasen Shuroken and come out un harmed. I believe he would win mid-diff due to susano'o and Amaterasu.

Care to elaborate?
What there to elaborate. Sasuke puts susanoo on wraps it into enton. Raikage attacks he's dead. Raikage cant always stay out of sight and blitz sasuke, most likely when he attacks susanoo he will stop for a while and fall prey for genjutsu or amaterasu.

Only real chance for raikage if he starts from 10 meters

The third Raikage has not much of chances, every Mangekyo technique affects him at its fullest. There is no answer for Genjutsu, there is also no answer for Amaterasu, and he's inferior to Susanoo.

You mean Sasuke's genjutsu? And i suppose 3rd Raikage can't be caught by a genjutsu exactly like his son except if you immobilise him like Madara did before of course. Furthermore the third finger nukinite probably could break thru Sasuke's Susanoo(not the complete one maybe though)

Nukite would only brake like 1 meter deep, thats not enough to kill sasuke nor its a huge damage sasuke cant repair right away. Raikage can be caught into genjutsu if sasuke's EMS can track him and there is slight eye contact (just like bee was caught in flight). But at any rate when raikage hits susanoo he will be forced to slow down and thats where sasuke takes him!!!

I'm actually talk about the one. The assumption that the Raikage would have to be immobilized in order to be caught in a Genjutsu is nothing but theory; why shouldn't a Genjutsu work against one who is moving? Bee was also caught in Sasukes Genjutsu while attacking him in his Biju cloak and th Sandaime Raikage on the other hand is much slower than his son A, even Dodai and the other Shinobi were able to keep up with his speed and to prepare Ninjutsu against him, up to huge walls of Doton that were strengthened with Yoton. So there's no reason Sasuke couldn't do it especially with the great insight of his Sharingan, that allows him to read the opponents movements. Genjutsu would definitely work, otherwise it's about you to prove some of his resistance. Sasuke could even catch the Sandaime off guard with his indeed fast Susanoo and turn him to paste like . The Sandaime could also be bisected by a blow of Susanoo, as Susanoo is proven to be able to cut through Kimimaros harder than steel bones effortlessly, as seen against Kabuto. There is also absolutely no doubt that the Sandaime is inferior to Susanoo; already the full skeleton of Susanoo would grand him enough defense and same time offense and speed to put him into a corner, let alone the final stage of Susanoo, able to spamm Amaterasu Magatama projectiles and can be fully covered in Amaterasu with Sasukes Blaze Release, making it impossible for the Sandaime to attack without getting killed or taking into account the loss of limbs like A. Sasuke could also hit him with Amaterasu with just a glance, as especially the Sharingans insight will allow Sasuke to aim at him. A however had to use the maximum of his speed right after noticing that Sasuke is going to use the Mangekyo Sharingan, in order to be able to escape from the Sharingans sight. In this case, there is really not much to debate, the Sandaime is clearly inferior.

Sasuke wins

Sasuke is a bad opponent for the 3rd Railkage for the simple fact all of the 3rd Railkage attacks are close rage and Sasuke has Blaze Release which would lead to your own doom if you were to use any close rage attacks against him....the 3rd Railkage speed isn't any problem to Sasuke since the 3rd Railkage can only go to V1 unlike A who can go up to V2 and Sasuke already showed he can dodge A's attacks in V1 with ease.

The best A could do against Sasuke's Susanoo was in Ribcage form.

^Which is inferior to this

Raikage loses here. In terms of speed feats, his speed is inferior to his successor, hence the same logic cannot be used. Raikage anticipated the attack and charged his Raiton armour to max: the after the dodge: Raikage already anticipating Sasuke’s attack: and .

He dodged it here, in conjunction with Body Flicker:
You can see him moving and leaving flickering images of himself. Then here:
. He barely dodges Amaterasu with a few centimeters gap. Third has not displayed any such feats.

He can be put under Genjutsu easily as Sasuke did so with Bee here: where he was moving at a V1 speed. As soon as he looks into his eyes it's over. If he avoids the eyes, he is left vulnerable to Amaterasu. I doubt he would be able to do much if Sasuke uses this doujutsu when he is looking at him as well.

Sasuke's ribs form tanked Mei's Lava attack - - his level 4 form encased in Kagatsuchi is certainly not falling down before any attack. His defenses can be further strengthened by using a wall of defense against the third - - The second he approaches this, he dies.

He can also use Enton arrows to take him out from a distance as they are depicted to be extremely fast - Kakashi had to resort to Kamui:
- Danzo comments that there wasn’t time for a single handseal.

They have incredible penetrative properties as well: and - Sasuke’s arrow going clean through a very thick Cavern spike. And Enton arrows would prove to be an instant death blow. That can also be used together with Magatamas - and .

EMS Sasuke wins this low difference. There is just no comparison.

location?
Knowledge?
Mindset?
Starting distance?

generally though if this is an open arena with nothing to hide behind, sandaime is going to get lit up by amaterasu. Genjutsu is not hitting Sadaime as it took 5 muscular susanoo's and a distraction to get Ei in one. Unless Sasuke can recreate that kind of pressure, genjutsu hitting is extremely low. 1 Finger nukite should be able to pierce susanoo relatively easily as Danzou's fuuton blew open the back of Susanoo and FRS barely left scratches on Sandaime raikage w RnY yet his 1 finger easily pierced his skin. Sandaime raikage also should be able to withstand the flames of amaterasu for a while considering what little damage it did to Ei's arm. However, Sasuke has this in the bag as he can most likely replicate naruto's dodging feat since he did the rough equivalent of that against Ei, and his susanoo should be able to hold sandaime off while sasuke runs away and lets Sandaime burn. In addition to that, eventually with all the enton sasuke has spammed, Kirin will be set up and that should be able to at least blow his RnY off which would allow Sasuke to end him with an enton arrow.

Sasuke mid diff.
