So what, Sasuke uses amaterasu and third dodges it, Naruto may be able to catch him but he's not strong enough to hold him in place or do any damage to him, also if naruto continuously runs at the third he's sooner or later going to get hit with thirds most powerful attack.
Also lets say Naruto moves behind the third and grabs him, whats to stop him picking up naruto and moving out of the way of amaterasu, the only reason A lost his arm is because he was determined not to lose face infront of him and attacked even though he knew it would mean losing his arm
