Orochimaru cannot control Edo Tensie Hokage, because they proved to be too powerful for him to control them. He only showed he can restrict their movements. Regardless of Edo Tensie, Orochimaru lacks the fire-power to penetrate Raikage's body and Kusanagi will prove to be worthless as Futon RasenShuriken that has greater cutting power could not get through him. Anything beyond Kusunagi such as poisons and snake attacks will thus be proven worthless. Poison can only damage if its chemicals made direct contact with the human blood, and that cannot help for this fight, as Raikage has a skin of iron. This match will pretty much come down to who will be outlasted, and Orochimaru is not outlasting someone who fought 3 days and 3 nights non-stop against 10,000 average Shinobi.

There is no such a thing as fake Kusanagi in manga if anything Sasuke said that his blade can't be blocked where as there is no such a hype for Oro's sword.
