Third Raikage is obviously above Orochimaru power-wise, 1 on 1. But Orochimaru has Edo Tensei which could basically give him the strongest ninjas ever. This is a haxed one.

To me, Orochimaru clearly takes this match. Though Kusanagi no Tsurugi obviously isn't harming, perhaps not even scratching Sandaime, he does have means of bypassing Raikage's astonishingly durable body.

As Sandaime seemingly lacks his son's ability to increase Raiton no Yoroi to a second level, Orochimaru won't be completely outmatched regarding speed. Dodai, for instance, kept up surprisingly well. While he certainly will be on the defensive, he won't be ping-pong'ed around, so to speak; apart from his often underestimated 4.5 speed, Orochimaru's experience allows him swift capacity of reaction according to Sandaime's assaults.

Of course, keeping the juggernaut at bay and if procurable avoiding frontal clashs works out best for Orochimaru, unless a possible strategy involves close quarters contact. One such strategy could be to make use of the white snake's special blood, which releases poisonous fume once exposed to the air. By bringing out said form, Sandaime can be lured into close quarters combat. Of course, Orochimaru is going to be slaughtered mercilessly; which works out exactly in his favour, though. ], the slaughter can be prolonged until Sandaime inhales at least some of the poison. The same tactic is easily applied to Yamata no Jutsu, which is but a mutation of the white snake. As they originate from the same genetic material, their blood is the same. The vast advantage Yamata no Jutsu offers in this regard, however, is that it produces even more blood and is taken down even harder, increasing the chance of Sandaime inhaling poison.

Once the poison has kicked in, it's an easy game. Though it appeared to be rather weak and of short duration, it is easily assisted by Orochimaru's Kanashibari no Jutsu [

]. If this technique is used on a man already affected by a numbing poison, he won't even dream of moving. Afterwards, Orochimaru can have one of his snakes choke Sandaime's throat off until he eventually suffocates, unable to offer any resistance.

Raikage's only non-Taijutsu approach, Kuro Raiton, is countered by Orochimaru's Fuuton, not making much of a difference.
