Third Raikage is underrated?

Am I the only one that thinks the Third Raikage is severely underrated? I would honestly place him near the top 5 in terms of strength. I'm sure he would have known his own weakness and wouldn't have let Naruto use it against him. The only reason I believe he lost to Naruto was because Kabuto was unaware that the Third Raikage's spear could be used to penetrate his armor. If Kabuto was aware then he could have taken extra care in making sure that this weakness could not be exploited.

This battle was, in my opinion, a battle of pure intelligence. Naruto was the victor because he found out the Third Raikage's weakness before Kabuto did. So I still think this battle was logical despite people complaining about Naruto winning when he only had a single Shadow Clone.

So why do I never see the Raikage make it into any of the Strongest Naruto Characters list? The only reason I believed Naruto defeated him was because of a) Plot armor and b) A combination of ignorance and negligence on Kabuto's behalf.

also a top 5 or top 10 should exist as changes always happen and someone not on the list has the possibility of always beating someone who is

He's indeed underrated, he's much stronger than Minato (imo).I've seen him on other people's top 10's so he is indeed not forgotten.

Yeah you are right he was only revived for the army not the plot and when your not for the plot you will get fodderized

I was refering to that they can end it in a day or few hours and yeah i was more talking about hashi madara naruto obito and kabuto
