Shisui who posses the who has been called the most powerful Uchiha Genjutsu user ever, and who posses the most powerful Genjutsu ever(Kotoamatsukami).

The Third Raikage. The only thing that could hurt him was his own Jutsu....

Well most likely the 3rd raikages jutsu wasn't the ONLY thing strong enough to hurt him, it was just one of the few things that could.
I beat he wouldn't survive a Jinton to the face or some of Obito's Black Liquid, just to name some of the obvious

People, for all we know Danzo could have ambushed him. No one but a sensor is immune to an ambush. He isn't fodder just because Danzo ripped his eye out under unknown circumstances. With that said, with Koto charged, he isn't losing to the third Raikage.

I dunno about Amaterasu, but you're right about the rest. As I said I only mentioned the most obvious.

Shisui was a part of Root. We should all know by now that Danzo messes with his subordinates' bodies so that if they ever betrayed him or the organization they would be silenced and killed. Shisui probably had no choice but to let Danzo take his eye tbh. Also Danzo is fairly powerful himself. Btw he was also known for his great shunshin speed.

Also the 3rd Raikage was obviously extremely powerful since he was able to take on and defeat the second strongest biju alone, and only collapsing because he stabbed himself. I don't have any definite proof, but it's safe to say that Gyuki used TBBs against the 3rd, which he could counter (or even tank since his defense is hyped as being absolute, we also saw him tank a FRS at point blank range which attacks at a cellular level -- with minimal damage done). They were definitely strong shinobi
