third is the better version of tsunade. of the two, only he has mid range ways of attacking. meaning he can attack her as she moves in to attack. tsunade is stronger but slower. third can pierce her skull with 1 finger hell stab. being elecrocuted will slow tsunades reaction time so once hit with black lightning she cant defend herself in the next assault. she has nothing that will injure him. he shrugged off FRS for gods sake.
