[Discussion] Third Otsutsuki in the Manga?

Do you think it's possible the new Otsutsuki will appear in the manga? Ofc, the anime & manga are probably going to use him differently. Since, it seems like he's going to tag along with Momoshiki & Kinshiki in the anime adaption and he obviously wasn't with them in the manga recap, so how do you think he'll be implemented in the manga? Maybe, he's the Otsutsuki who's involved with Kara?

If he is somehow involved with Kara it'd be good story wise and wouldn't be changing anything. However if he is there in the chunin exams with Momoshiki and Kinshiki then obviously it's different to the canon movie and Manga. Which would make him a retconned/filler character.

The manga could use him differently is what I'm trying to say.
Basically, he's Kara's true leader in the manga while he's just another villain in the chunin exam arc. This is my speculation tho.

That's why i am saying it's a retconned character if he is involved in the chunin exams, as he wasn't in the Movie and the Manga versions.
