Today I decided to read manga from beginning.So a question came to my mind that is why didn't kabuto ressurected third kazekage.He was the strongest of all kazekage.

Kabuto must not had his DNA, the guy died and made into a puppet years ago; he probably didn't left any pieces of him which involves DNA, even if he(kazekage) left those, i think Sasori didn't left any trace from him, because Sand knew the guy as missing, not dead for many years; this mean they did not find a part of him which shows he is dead. Even if Sasori left some traces, Kabuto probably would not know their location.
