Well from what we've seen, obviously Gaara. Although from common sense and what the manga tells us, 3rd Kazekage would probably win without too much trouble.

WHICH current Gaara are we talking about? I think current Gaara and a Gaara who was using his Shukaku power adequately could take on the 3rd Kazekage. But some versions of Gaara would get own I reckon.

The third kazekage, if you look at the iron sand techniques sasori used, you can imagine the real 3rd using them, they would be on a whole different scale.

Gaara's dad overpowered shukaku in a dessert at full power everytime it got loose,suggesting his jiton is abt bijuu lvl,gaara's sand techs as said by his dad are around shukaku's(bijuu) level,and since he outwitted his dad,his sand skills(not raw power) should be atleast above shukaku's own,but the 3rd kazekage was said to be the strongest by far(gaara's dad and gaara at that time included),so he should be stronger,and as the guy above me said,his jiton is well above what sasori's puppets used,so he should be above current gaara.
