Due to his extensive amount of time studying and observing Taijutsu fighters, he learned to keep up with their movements and perceive their movements almost as well. The spear can be launch from the guardian's hand by changing the polarity of the Iron Sand. The spear loses shape once passing mid-range however. The shield can block one focused A-Rank and then it will dissipate. The guardian himself loses shape after being hit by an A-Rank jutsu.
~The user must have used Iron Sand Gathering twice.
~The user can use the Iron Sand from the guardian for a medium for his Iron Sand. (No Iron Sand jutsu used without using him as a medium unless it's with a detached part of him.)

Description: After magnetising shuriken, The user throws them at the opponent. Anything that is hit by the shuriken is magnetised, as such it is important that the opponent dodges all of them as even deflecting them will cause their bodies to produce a powerful magnetic field, making them an easier target. Each time the magnetism is transferred it weakens. Then when the user will throw a larger square shuriken that is magnetised at their target with then can hone in on them and even follow them if they move.

History
The Third Kazekage (三代目風影, Sandaime Kazekage; Literally meaning "Third Wind Shadow") was once the leader of Sunagakure and is hailed as the village's strongest Kazekage.
After studying the host of the One-Tailed Shukaku of the time, he recreated its sand-manipulating powers by combining his own magnetic chakra and iron powder, which produced the Iron Sand technique. It was for this very ability that he was noted as the strongest Kazekage in the entire history of Sunagakure.
The Third Kazekage had disappeared and left the village immediately before the Third Shinobi World War. Sunagakure did not know this and searched earnestly for his whereabouts. Their actions are suggested to have sparked the Third Shinobi World War. With the war's outbreak the village was forced to give up the search and choose a Fourth Kazekage, though there would be other search attempts in later years.
While alive, the Third Kazekage was hailed the strongest in the village's history, and even a very powerful shinobi like Sasori claimed that he had trouble killing him. He also appeared to have possessed a high level of intelligence as he was able to comprehend One-Tail's unique powers and produce his own version of the same.
