Good thing I rarely eat fast food :scorps:

Just got back from a 2hour cardio workout outdoors on an empty stomach. Shower, 2 hours of relaxing, and then I'll have my breakfast at 16:30 PM. 5 egg whites, ginger slices n stuff :) Healthy as what

It takes 2-3 big macs to fill me up and 1 subway sandvich. That bigmac ususally comes with fries so you need to add that in as well. The way it is cooked usually adds more calories than is listed there due to bad cooking conditions (basically deep frying).

Multiply all the big mac's numbers by 2-3 and add fries then compare it to a subway sandwich. Don't forget the subway has lots of lettuce, green peppers, REAL CHEESE, and multigrain bread. I also get the sandvich with real chicken so its not over processed shit. That makes subway pretty healthy as its not so much the calories but what is in the sandvich and the subway sandviches have a lot healthier components to it.

You need to look at the whole picture instead of cherry picking. Some people can fill up on a 6-inch so halve that subway number for those types.
