For the war effort against the ET and Zetsu, he would've made a fair difference. But against Obito and Madara, he wouldn't be able to do much, except for help Naruto and Sasuke against Juubito.

He did know where orochimaru was he looked over to where he was fighting hiruzen and said in his mind for him not to die. He could not get in the barrier though when it was taken down he should have blitzed the sound ninja 4 and kilked orochimaru when hd had the chance

Yup, I see Jiraiya being Naruto's body guard when he was being kept on the turtle island with Bee and would have prevented Yamato from being captured. I also see him helping Naruto learn to better control his speed since he was the teacher of the fastest Ninja to live. I see him teaching Naruto some sealing jutsus maybe (Like the one Minato wanted Naruto to complete).

In the war, Jiraiya can stop any edo tensei he wants with frog song and he is skilled in sealing jutsus so he can seal them as they are paralyzed. For Obito, use dust cloud to block his sight then frog song to paralyze him and pull out his sharingan to stop his Kamui or impale him with a sword as he did with Nagato's paths.

Jiraiya didn't do any damage to Konan lol. If Deva path showed up instead of Animal path Jiraiya would have died sooner.

Deva, along with Asura, Human, Animal, Hungry Ghost, and Hell all fought a 1-armed, nearly jutsuless Jiraiya and still couldn't beat him until Jiraiya stopped fighting.
