If Naruto and Sasuke team up, it needs to be ONLY Naruto and Sasuke with no interruptions. There shouldn't be any army, backup squad, Kakashi, Sakura or nothing. Just Naruto and Sasuke versus whoever. Otherwise, I'd have them battle.

Well not exactly since that is the "goal" of the show. That the two rivals fight in the end. If naruto and sasuke arent going to fight in the end why have him desire to attack the village or leave it for power in the first place? why have him be consumed by his destined uchiha hatred? why even make uchiha vs senju ? most of all the work kishi has done would become pointless if they did not battle .
