I wanted to see what people would have changed with these conditions:

Things you CAN change:
-The Edo Tensei reanimations (Add more if you like)
-Death toll and fate of important/relevant characters
-Tobi's Identity
-Matchups during the war
-The amount of Villains there are
-Kabuto's fate
-The revival of the Hokages
-The location of all of the battles


Things you CAN'T change:
-Madara's revival (The whole plan's revolved around him)
-The Allied Shinobi Forces
-Madara's motives
-The Juubi being revived
-Sasuke meeting 'the man who knows everything'
-Orochimaru's revival


Anything I haven't mentioned in the lists can be freely edited. Feel free to write a whole summary if you want to!

I have one thing I'd really would have liked in the war. I would have wanted More Akutskis to survive until the actual war begun. I would have wanted unrevealed akutskis that could have had 1v1 fights with chosen people. Having Shino, Hinata , Lee or other characters with similar roles and level of importance fight new and interesting foes would have been something to lift things up. I am thinking the style of the Sasuke retreival arc.

Would have liked to see all of K11 get a significant fight against an edo instead of just fighting zetsu

All Konoha 11 gets some fair amount of screen time and developments in the war against formidable opponents instead of fighting fodder zetsu.

More deaths to the importance of the shinobi alliances

Kabuto vs Naruto

Neji unlock his death seals with the power emerges over him shaped like a phoenix given the SA hope in defeating Juubi before his deaths.

Deidra escapes and show full potential of the true artist killing some SA

Hanzo never gets tnj and instead killing 1/3 of the alliance, just as powerful when he fought and owned 3 legendary sannin

Muu showing full potential of his 3 chakra natures.

Muu fought alongside with Madara against the Five Kages

Tobi reveal should be more suspense instead of Obito.

• Neji vs his Edo Father (Perfect Character Development)
• Lee vs Mangetsu
• Tenten using the Sage's weapons for more than 2 seconds
• Edo Akatsuki being the main threat (I mean take out Itachi, Nagato, and Tobi, and the Seven Swordsman had more importance than they did.. Pitiful)
• Shikamaru vs Hidan Round 2
• Kakashi vs Kakuzu Round 2
• Lee or Gaara vs Kimimaro Round 2
• Sakura vs Chiyo
• Sasuke killing Kabuto in cold blood after Kabuto wipes out Edo Itachi (No Izanami save there)
• a Full fledged fight of Naruto & Bee vs Nagato or his Six Paths
• Tobi being Izuna, that way there's no friction between him and Madara (instead of Obito having to turn his back on Madara), and it'd be more believable on how he made the ninja world believe he was Madara.
• Tsunade vs Dan, with Naruto not far off (Perfect Character Development)
