No he doesn't the world looks the same. Kamui overlaps with the normal world, that is to say that every part of the normal world has a corresponding point in the kamui dimension in the same location.

Moving from akatsuki hideout to the war, kage summit, or konoha should take hours to reach there.
Also how come he warped Sakura with kamui (who was near minato) and then she warped her back out of dimensions meters near Sasuke/naruto without even moving an inch?

I think he has some kind of seal that release weapon, he just did it in the other dimension then release it via Kamui to the real world.
Maybe he was making a clones to release weapon from his scroll or seal then kamui weapon back to real world......
And dont forget that he has rinnegan implanted at the time

You had me at the seal but if there was a clone in dimensions, then he would've decked naruto when Kakashi warped him. I don't think the Rinnegan can affect what is used through the power of the sharingan.

Can't say that since it's all the same, unlike Earth's dimension. Flip it on its head, and imagine everyone lived in KJ, and Obito summoned stuff from Earth's, a desert for arguments sake.

If he keeps chains in a northern point of the Sahara, but is only witnessed traversing to an east, south or western point, we'll never see where his chains are kept, nor will we be able to distinguish any point unless specified, because it all looks the same.

So you're saying he uses kamui like a summoning jutsu?
Because he was shooting stakes out of kamui but when Kakashi warped him into dimensions there was nothing there.
