2. Sage mode sasuke ( summoning snakes seems has a deep respect for sasuke perhaps he knew or knows where to get nature energy or use sage mode it would be cool to see him with this though seems preety easy for madara to use it.

3. Shisui's still alive? One of the biggest mystery in naruto is shisui did he really died? What if he survived? If not, what happen to his body? What if somebody took it and made it stronger. Madara can use Susano without his eyes could shisui can do the same?

4. Lord jashin was a otsutsuki? (What if he was the mystery guy that sasuke saw when he was spying on the ten tails and the other otsutsikim
5. Naruto's development (it's hard to see if he can still improve himself )

6. If sarada has ms, and she took sasuke eyes which is a EMS + rinnegan would it be possible?

7. What would happen if you mix the blood of hagoromo and hamura? Its seems hamura's decendants is opier than hagoromo I'm just saying if mixing both uchiha and senju clan DNA would be the sage of the six paths what would happen if you mix up hamura's blood to the sage of the six paths blood? Would it be kagura's? What powers would unlock if sasuke or naruto unlocked this since their direct decendants of the sage of the six paths (for example of this is boruto and his sister)

The last one could be possible.

Although it should not be OP. I do not think they were OP than Kaguya.
Remember, Hagoromo and Hamura needed each other to separate her body and chakra and seal them up away from each other.

I think Kaguya was inexperienced. Had she had the time instead of investing on creating White Zetsus, she might have wiped the floor against Hagoromo and Hamura.

As for Hamura lineage and Hagoromo, it is very possible.

Naruto is already half way there (Sage and Chakra Modes). Just need Sasuke's and Boruto's eyes.

Although he would still need to eat a chakra fruit just to get that 3rd eye. (still don't know the extent of what the Rinnesharingan can do as the only thing we saw it do is activate IT)

Asura Path Sasuke

Sasuke has already demonstrated control over the Rinnegan Paths that greatly outclassed Pain, so it is possible. That being said I don't see it fitting with Sasuke's character and would rather just be for the sake of fan service at this point.

Sage Mode Sasuke

By the time Part 2 rolled around (Shippuden), Sasuke had already complete mastery of Senjutsu Chakra. That being said he never learned how to gather it for the explicit purpose of using it. We do know he can control it however as Curse Mark is Senjutsu and we see him use Senjutsu several times in the Fourth Great Ninja War when he is given said chakra from an outside source like Juugo or Hagoromo. While possible, I don't see a purpose in terms of writing and it would only result in dilution of Sasuke and Naruto's characters unless Naruto was already dead or otherwise gone from the picture.

Shisui's still alive?

Highly unlikely. Its more likely that Shisui's Body was either destroyed by himself with a delayed technique or by Itachi. Both his eyes are also permanently destroyed meaning he would lose almost all of his power from the get-go and wouldn't even be a stepping stone in terms of the power-scaling we currently have.

Lord jashin was a otsutsuki?

The thing is, the entire "praying to Lord Jashin" isn't a requirement for the immortality as far as we know. Hidan still requires to eat and drink regardless of how many sacrifices he does. Though I presume that the original identity of "Jashin" might be inspired by an Otsutsuki that came to "Earth" and displayed their power enough to be revered as a God. Don't see much point in expanding this in the story however, unless this man is also Jigen.

Naruto's development

There is no purpose to this in Boruto's story. Naruto's story has already ended and he no longer needs to improve. This is Boruto's story.

Even Uchiha in the possession of the eyes of someone else isn't capable of controlling those eyes as good as their original owner as we saw with Obito and Madara's Rinnegan. Hence it is unlikely that Sarada would be able to do so herself. Furthermore there have been Uchiha like Obito who haven't gone blind from the overuse of his Mangekyou Sharingan and we don't know if there are other ways to counteract the blindness other than taking the eyes of a close relative. It might be entirely possible that if Sarada suffers from blindness that someone like Sakura might find a way to heal it through modern medicine.

What would happen if you mix the blood of hagoromo and hamura?

Same as if you mixed Orochimaru's DNA with the blood of a bird. You'd get either an abomination or a mutant of sorts. Blood has nothing to do with obtaining Rikudou Chakra. If Tsunade gave her DNA to Sarada, Sarada wouldn't instantly get Rikudou Powers as neither possess Indra or Asura's Chakra.
