2.madara or tobi cannot tame the 10tail,simply becus it is the projenitor or all,all the abilities that madara,tobi,naruto and kakashi has,came from the jubi,even all madaras trick and treats came from the jubi.
3.the jubi cannot be control,because it has the ultimate eye(rinnegan infused sharingan),it is the combination of all hatred from ALL 9 TAILED BEAST,has an infinite chakra.
4.the jubi can possibly take on madara,tobi,naruto,kakashi,gai,killerbee singlehandedly,because even a tbb big enough to destroy the moon didnt even make a scratch on the jubi
5.the last known person to seal the juubi and withstand its effect due to the unique seal strong enough to hold the 10tails which tobi commented that was being passed secretly through uzumaki members,and a strong body with a powerful life force and longetivity was rikoudu sennin,but the candidate that meets this qualities as an uzumaki even if he is half blooded,has the sages tori seal,has aknowledgement from the bijuus and rikoudu,which other individuals like madara,tobi,kakashi,gai do not posses even 1 of these qualities.
