Beautifully written, and I must say I am impressed by your analytical skills. Here are some things I have learned:

Sasori and Deidara: art can be fleeting or it can last forever, but in the end it doesn't matter. Art is art. It is in the eyes of the beholder. What you see isn't particularly what someone else sees, and you shouldn't let another's opinion effect you.

Asuma: if you can't live long enough to meet your child, use your life to allow someone else to do it for you

Naruto: anger and hate go hand in hand. The only thing that can save you is love

Onoki: don't get so set in your ways that you can't make a choice. Sitting on the fence is not a way of life.

Orochimaru: passion for something can drive you to great things, but you need to be in control of that passion and not let it dictate everything about you.

And might I just add a quote: There are reasons to live there are reasons to die. But the end's not the end while you're still alive.
