Had Lord Jiraiya said yes when he was asked to become Hokage. Pain would never have attacked Konoha. If he did he would have been met by Lord Jiraiya + all toads, Kakashi and Sage Naruto. He would never have even tried that. And Jiraiya's first task as Hokage would have been to arrest Danzo or kill him for high treason. Pluss Orochimaru would never have attacked Konoha with Hiruzen and Lord Jiraiya there at the same time. Ergo, Hiruzen would never have died.

Yeah but ALMIGHTY PUSH would have killed everyone as katsuyu wouldnt be there. Sakura wouldnt have been able to handle the medical corp she'd be fodder. Naruto wouldnt be a sage as jiraiya's death was the reason he went and yeah a LOT of people would have died as naruto wouldnt have been able to get into the position of talk no jutsuing Nagato
