there's something I don't understand, when I see people battling and dropping their bios there, I always see in the bios what rank they are with an element, not the jutsus they actually have learned, but let's say there are 10 c-rank doton jutsus, and I only learned 7, and my bio says: Doton c-rank (in progress), does that mean I can use all c-rank jutsus in a battle, or only the 7 i learned, and how do they know what jutsus i learned, if my bio only says: Doton c-rank (in progress)

If there is 25 A rank Fire jutsus and on my bio it says im at A rank fire. but i only learned 13. that means i can only use the 13

Well.. they only check ur training if they somehow suspect you... thats it

But what if your bio is not approved and you havent learned anything and you want to have a spar(Not a counted battle) then what do you do?
