Chapter 3 of my fanfiction,ive been busy so i haven't been able to write it,positive critisism is accepted

As the storm raged across the four villages,rain and lightning striking across the land,3 shinobi were seen walking across The Great Naruto Bridge heading into Kirirgakure,The Leaf Symbol shining across the metal plate.
All was silent until the man known as the Savior of This World spoke.
Naruto:"This bridge brings back great memories."
Neji:"I'm sure Hokage-sama."
Shikamaru:"Why is that?"
Naruto:"This is the very place that I made my nindo,where I found my will to never give up,and to protect those close to me."
Neji looked across the bridge and saw a small group of Shinobi rushing across towards them.
Neji:"Byakugan!"
Using the Byakugan's abilities Neji looked at the headband and saw that it had the Kirigakure symbol on it,but they were running away from the village,the Hokage and bodyguards rushed across the bridge until they met them face to face.
Naruto:What is happening?"
Kiri Shinobi 1:"The Mizukage told us to run while she fought him,but she was in bad shape before we left."
Naruto:"Did you get a good look at the attackers face?"
Kiri Shinobi 2:"He had spiky black hair,a black and purple cloak,and a black war hammer".
Shikamaru:"That doesn't sound like Sa-
Naruto:I know,get your men and get out of here,me and my men will go assist the Mizukage."
All Kiri Shinobi:"Yes Hokage-sama."
The Shinobi raced past while the three Leaf Shinobi raced past the destroyed bulidings to the center of Kirigakure,where the battle took place
Neji:"Hokage-sama,this battle is getting bad,this man must be strong to be able to take on the Mizukage by himself,what should we do?"
Naruto:"You and Shikamaru scour the city and for any villagers and shinobi that haven't made it out yet while I help the Mizukage."
Neji:"Yes Hokage-sama
Shikamaru:"How troublesome."
As Neji and Shikamaru left to find the villagers Naruto jumped into the fight just before the mysterious man struck the final blow and and kicked his warhammer out of his hands.
Mysterious Man:"The talk about your speed is true,and it is noble of you to save her,but I have a mission to fulfill and not even the god of creation will stop me."
Naruto:"Well the god of creation doesn't need to interfere because I can stop you myself."
Mysterious Man:"We Shall see."
Naruto Summoned 3 Kage Bushins and created Two Wind Blades in each of there hands while the real Naruto sat still.
Mysterious Man:"You dare mock me?!"
The Man grabbed his warhammer and rushed the clones,but the clones were fast enough to block his attacks,yet weren't quick enough to strike a blow on him.
The Man jumped in the air and summoned bugs to distract the clones,but the clones retaliated with a strong wind attack to slice through all the bugs but couldn't penetrate past the man because of the warhammer.
Mysterious Man:"This hammer is special,it blocks all chakra and turns it into stamina."
The Man swung his hammer into the ground,creating a tremor that smashed into the clones,making them dissapear.
Mysterious Man:"Your gimmicks will never work on me.
Naruto was still sitting on the ground with his eyes closed.
Naruto:"Well I guess it's time to get serious."
Then,his eyes opened revealing the eye's of a True Sage.
