The interview I read was him talking about their pacing, and the things they were doing. That he was trying to keep them paced together. If Naruto does something big, so does Sasuke. He never mentioned power.

When the manga portrayed them as equals and the creator says that they are yin and yang, which work in balance, that's all I need. Naruto said that if they ever fought, they would both die. Now what happened in their last battle?

Neither Indra nor Ashura were stronger than the other. What BZ said was that after Ashura "won" and inherited Ninshuu, he used Indra's jeolousy to start a war between them, in which both of them killed each other.

If you're able to read, then you should be able to know what Sasuke actually meant when saying that.

Actually Im referring all this toward the end of Saga Naruto and Sasuke

I think in the end after the struggle to find the equalisation by previous generations, finally Naruto and Sasuke manage to achived it, and when they matured enough after the war end, there is where we can see the equal.

Afterall Kishi want to potray the yin and yang theme, although its not happen sooner, later sure Kishi will make it happen

But it still a never seen fact, but it is enough to believe that Kishi want to materialize this ideology toward the end of Saga and future.

Because that future main characters generation that is Bolt and Sarada is in different gender, because the ideology is finally achive by their parent and I dont think Bolt and Sarada is the one that will pull off this equal ideology or theme, because how much we want it to happen, man and women will never equal in strenght and power and I think Kishi will injecting different theme in this spin off.
