Sasuke is making sure that noone is disrupting peace outside of the village. His dark cloak contrast that as he's in the shadows where noone can spy him.

Naruto is maintaining peace within the village, while on his laptop so that he could skypecall the Kages whenever he needs them for a meeting. His white cloak contrasts that he is in the heart of the peace making where everyone sees him.

Don't know if Hashimara and Madara were going to do things this way, but as long as the final reincarnations are accomplishing the prophecy...
