They can be more rinengan users?!

Obito got his rinengan from nagato's corpse. As we all know there are 6 more bodies with 2 rinnengan eyes each. So there are at least 12 rinnengan eyes out in the ninja world. So,i was wondering if it is possible for some1 to get these eyes.What do you think?

Plus even if other ninja did obtain the Rinengan, their bodies would be drained of there Chakra as soon as they used them since they can't be deactivated like a Sharingan transplant; hint's why they gave the eyes to that of an Uzumaki who posses a very high Chakra reserve to be able to live and use the Rinengan.
