I don't disagree that he will be getting up and giving a decent counter, but remember, Naruto's Rasenshuriken's ability to either disrupt or completely cut off chakra flow and control. Obito might have to break off some limbs and grow them back to regain his chakra control, add the fact that every one of those Rasenshuriken blades that cut off the control will be infused with Enton: Kagutsuchi, Obito is going to burn for a while, unless he sheds his skin, much like the Juubi did before Obito fused with it.

Short story is, he is getting up, but might not get right back to owning peoples.
