Lol, yeah I also found it a bit ridiculous that so many people wanted to be Hokage, especially Kiba, I was like, wait what...did I really just read that? I also thought it was funny that Shino shut him down real quick. I've never been a huge fan of Kiba, but I can't deny his sensory smell ability, it could come in handy at times.
