I agree with everyone else. Pt 1 characters is extremely lame. They could have used that space to give us more relevant characters whereas they could have saved the Pt 1 characters for another Generations game or something.

This game seems to be progressively getting more and more disappointing as the game nears release.

Honestly, with so few new characters being added this could've been DLC for all I care. The hokage summit to the boring part of the war is not enough to warrant its own game. This story mode could be so boring if there isn't anything more to it than we've been shown. Plus I won't be playing this game competitively (ringouts & unbalanced characters etc.) so i'm really starting to be disappointed by this game.

What also bugs me is the fact that they're just reusing all the old movesets and character jutsus (even as far as the character art when you pick the character on the selection screen) it feels like Cyberconnect have just been lazy. Look how much Ninja Storm 2 added in the way of gameplay, character selection and game feel- it was on another SCALE. Even Generations contributed a lot by having a MAMMOTH character roster- Ninja Storm 3 just looks like more of the same, a game in the middle of Storm 2 and the fights in the series that everybody really wants.

That previous shot on Saiyan island about the character selection is definitely fake what makes it fake is A. The president of cc2 said there wouldn't be any pts characters B. those characters besides kimmimaro and orochimaru don't make any sense why only put 5 or 6 pts characters C. The guy in the background had a couple of issues such as the eyes and they used storm 2 character pics. So in all reality I believe that that character roster was a fake.
