There's some mysterious formidable opponents that Madara wants to fight.

This chapter despite being great had some ambigious dialogue between Madara and Zetsu. Madara asked white Zetsu about some fight "over there" and people assumed that he was referring to black zetsu vs Kakashi and Minato but I think it's some different fight that Madara wants to participate himself.

Maybe there's some very strong group of characters that can challenge Madara and he needs all the tools in the world to fight against them?
Madara also implied that he is preparing new eye for something. It's possible that he wants to upgrade his eyes to become more powerful.

Another hint in the chapter when madara said that the injured people need healing and White Zetsu responded saying that he would immediately head out. Perhaps implying that "insiders" that Zetsu was talking about getting roflstomped over there.

So what's your thought?

I'm saying that madara's people(whoerever they are) fighting against some heavyweights(that we don't know yet) over there. And he Madara wants to defeat them.

Another hint we had when Madara impaled with chakra rods both Tobirama and Hashirama. He would control all Hokages to fight "them".

I think the fight is between Black zetsu who has merged with Obito, vs minato and Kakashi. Remember also that Obito still has part of his body as white zetsu.
So the insides, i think might be the zetsu fight against obito himself to retrieve his eye.

Also the healing aspect is about the shiobi who are near death on the battlefield. Madara wants to rule the whole shinobi world and cast infinite tsukyomi on them. He cannot rule over death bodies, thats why I think he needs zetsu to help them revive.

The eye he is nurturing isnt a new form of eye. I think Its his own rinnegan. Since he couldnt use it beofre he died, he is now nurturing to know the full capabilities of his new eye.

Anyway there's theory: Ramen guy in Konoha is Rikudo sennin in disguise. Madara needs to defeat him if he wants to implement Mugen Tsukyomi otherwise rikudo would easily break it. "Isiders" are fighting in konoha against him. Kyubi told Gaara to get Naruto to Ramen guy aka Rikudo sennin to revive him. Madara heard that and said "fine".
