So we all know Obito's most famous quote : "Those who break the rules are scum but those who abandon their friends are worse then scum". I sort of live up to those words. This is just one of many examples , my class was writing exams and when the moderator wasn't looking I gave my friend the answers to some questions. But no matter how much I will cheat to help them , they would never return the favor. Is what I'm doing wrong?

1. Stop cheating, or letting your friends cheat off of you. They're never gonna actually learn the material if you're constantly spoon-feeding them.
2. Yes, cheating is morally wrong, depending on who you ask.
3. You're doing something that is punishable. You should be happy that your friends aren't returning that favor. In cheating, they could put themselves and you at risk of being caught/expulsion/suspension/what have you.

If you're talking in a more general sense about returning favors for one another, then I'm not sure. A friend should return the favor, but it's not obligatory, per se. Just because they don't doesn't mean they're not your friend. I guess it means they're not thoughtful or grateful. Idk.

When friends want you to do something scummy at your expense, then they're using you. If they want to use you and are getting away with it, then they won't respect you. Which sucks, and I feel is the idea of this thread.

It's a good motto to not screw over your friends, but this isn't one of those scenarios where saying no is wrong. You should tell them next time either jokingly "Maybe you should've studied a little harder then" or seriously, "I don't cheat on tests" with a dead look in the eyes.

Here's another motto to live by: Friends don't ask friends to do scummy things for them.
This isn't a shonen where 90% of your school buddies are awesome friends and good people, this is real life where 90% of people are egomaniacs vying for control of something.

Theres nothing wrong with using fictional characters as role models. Or just to live by their ways. Narutos way, never give up no matter what.

Thats not a bad motto to live by and i would honestly encourage it.

Also some of quotes here should be taken very seriously and really should be thought about. I recommend rereading or watching the itachi vs sasuke fight and really thinking about and analyze what itachi says about our preception of reality and how our own truths could really be illusions and how we define what we believe is truth as reality and deny everything else.

In my opinion, your friends do good, by not letting you copy. By letting them copy from you they won't get any better. I rememeber having a discussion about cheating, and i was the only one to say that people must never cheat on exams or copy homework.
