Naruto has NEVER landed a rasengan on Sasuke the 4 times they've fought (when Naruto knew rasengan) he's never landed a rasengan hit on Sasuke, it always ended in a clash never a direct hit. How is Naruto suppose to Kill Sasuke?

Sasuke has landed chidori on Naruto twice VoTE 1 and 2. VoTE 1 was fatal Kurama had to heal him or he would have died.

Using all 9 RS could work if it lands which it wouldnt because Sasuke is to evasive or could just swap places with with something and not get hit. Sasuke is too superior in combat Rinnegan+EMS gives him the edge in a 1v1. Narutos only hope to killing Sasuke in a 1v1 would be Sasuke running out of chakra. Even then he could steal Narutos..

Can someone please give me a legit way Naruto can kill sasuke like what in Narutos arsenal does he have that would kill Sasuke? And Dont sasuke Shadow Clones+Rasengan because that never works on Sasuke..

And you right EMS + Rinnegan gives him the edge in a 1v1 fight but that's only if they restrict Frog Kata. Shit crippled a dead body without physically touching him. They restrict it in his CQC against Sasuke. And like u said another solution would be outlasting him. U can't pair up EMS and rinnegan vs Base Naruto only lol that's clearly a stomp

He merely rinne swaps with one of the Naruto clones. Naruto creates a light show, solos his own clone, and wastes chakra.
