They wouldn't be able to do much. Not even Sasuke had a good grasp when and where the aliens would land. They'd have no way of coordinating with the aliens. Then there's Sai watching over them.

He's too close to Naruto. Naruto has a heightened ability to read emotions and could notice something's off quickly. He'd also notice if Shikamaru is away more often than usual.

Yeah, not in the sense of coordinating with the aliens but they could sell out to Kara or Oro who could definitely do something with the information. Look what happened with the Nue and Gozu Tennō which was an attempt at replicating Kaguya's techniques. You're right about Sai though. It would be pretty hard to backstab Konoha with someone like Sai keeping a close eye on you

They could arm and/or form groups that hate the Leaf, but they aren't getting support from any village.
As strong as ninja tools are, they won't wreck anything inside the village without numbers.

OT: at this point, it's Katatsuke. Kara got control of him for only a fleeting moment, and they had already got access to an abundance of information on Konoha, considering Katatsuke keeps data on everything, even down to the littlest details (they would milk the most info out of him, therefore). Despite his non-existence combat ability, he's definitely one of Konoha's biggest assets, especially considering the fact he's carrying practically the entire technology. Without him, Konoha only becomes obsolete and is bypassed by other villages like the Hidden Cloud village that are progressing at a staggering rate.

Like others have said, shika would be the most downright dangerous traitor to have outside of the obvious 2. His knowledge of the village, his job as the hokages right hand man, and his ability to strategize would be a great asset to anyone he defected to

Hanabi, Hiashi and/or Konohamaru. He (Konoham) knew a lot more than he should’ve about the War arc villains. They’re also close to Baruto and therefore close to the heads of Konoha.
