Well, since none of the Shinigami captains are dead (just ALMOST dead), and since we haven't seen the Bankais of many of them (including Urahara), one can assume that there are a LOT more story arcs of Bleach to come.

That either means that Aizen isn't going to die, or that a new villain is going to arise who's even more powerful than Aizen (because in order for the story to progress, Ichigo has to develop as a character and get stronger, so therefore he needs to fight stronger enemies).

The fact that there is much more Bleach to come means that Ichigo will get stronger after he learns this "Final" Getsuga Tenshou. So what does that mean for Ichigo? Does it mean that this is REALLY the FINAL Getsuga Tenshou? Or does it mean that Ichigo has other abilities that we haven't seen so far? Or does it just mean that Ichigo is going to get stronger in other areas, like flash steps, kendo, and kido?

What does everyone else think?

I think, at least at the moment, that Bleach will have another one of those "Turn back the Pendulum" moments, after all is said an done with Aizen, if he gets killed here. I think we might see all the Captains' Bankai in the past, maybe during some other time of crisis, or in general through the events they have been through. After all, this can't be the only trouble the Soul Society has seen in the last 2000 years, can it?

On top of that, I do think there would be much more. If he doesn't dwell in the history of the Zero Division, or just how powerful the Spirit King really is, Kubo is missing a lot.

Another theory: I believe that their might be an outbreak of Vasto Lordes Hollows, or, even better, a new type of enemy will appear. Something that puts the Hollows to shame. And, of course, I'd love to see the addition of a "Perfect Release", above Bankai, but that's just wishful thinking on my part, and the few others who actually created said idea (I can't take credit for it).

Some how, mainly by the way to Hogokyou works (I know I chopped the spelling), I expect Aizen to live through a technicality or, even better/worse, Gin will survive and all of Aizen's powers will be passed to him.

As far as Ichigo is concerned, I hope so. He doesn't do a lot, but he has a lot of potential. I'd love to see him expand all of his abilities, Shikai, Bankai, Kido, Shunpo, you name it. I'm half-expecting his Second Hollow Form to be the next villain, actually. Somehow they rip he and Ichigo apart, somehow.

That might have been vague, but that's what I think/hope will happen. o_o" Regardless, I doubt we've seen the end of the Captains.

Kubo did mention in one interview that the arrancar arc will end around June - July, seeing the latest chapter, it will end in July. After that, there will be possibly 2 more new arcs coming up. I can't imagine an opponent stronger than Aizen. (Possibly the zero division might be stronger than him) But even so, the zero division isn't bad, so I wonder how they gonna introduce the royal guard arc... (They have to introduce the royal guards and the spirit king...) Somehow, I think Aizen would succeed and get the key then from there, he would go to the royal palace and thats when the royal guard arc will start I think. I'm not sure about the vasta lordes, but they can't be stronger than Aizen definitely. Certain people who aren't confirmed to be dead like Yamamoto, I personally think he would survive since he hasn't shown his bankai before.
