madara was indras reincarnation, when he died the indra chakra went to sasuke right? does that mean that when madara
forced obito to use rinne tensei via black zetsu and come back to life, did the indra chakra split and go back to madara or just stayed in sasuke? also, when hashi came back to life, did the ashura chakra split and go back to him, or stayed in naruto? can ashura chakra even go into edo tensei? and how can kaguya have sharingan AND byakugan AT THE SAME TIME??? that, plus, how in the world did kabuto get his DSM back? plus, what if sasukes answer was " i want power" since
he was indras reincarnation and the cycle of hatred was going to repeat once more??? also, why did when naruto and sasuke were killed, why didnt ashura and indras chakra go to someone else? konohamaru, for example.

indra's chakra had already influenced madara, and right now there is no Indra in madara he is just a power hungry man looking to reach the power of the ototsuki family. it is in naruto not in hashirama because their(Madara and Hashirama) transmigration is already over and the chakra has moved on to a new host but they are still influenced by Indra and Ashura respectively.
her byakugan was her bloodline limit or an eye which she had since birth but the sharingan(9 tomoe) was a given to her by the fruit which she ate.
sages have the ability to absorb natural energy at any time, like naruto he learned Sage mode and didn't steal it like madara, he is able to absorb the chakra using HIS skills and knowledge and with the help of Jugo's cells he is able to absorb it passively without even focusing.

Um... Once a host of a Transgrant die, the Transgrant vanish and find a new host.

Before Madara (Indra's reincarnation) died he integrated Hashirama's cells (Ashura's Chakra), mixing the two and created the Sage's Chakra, however, it did nothing upon reaching his lifespan. Once he reach his lifespan or died, he awaken the Rinnegan. As Madara disconnect himself from the life support and later reincarnated, he was revived via Rinne Tensei with the Sage's Chakra and not longer being Indra's reincarnation.

Kaguya Doujutsu (Eye Techniques) abilities is unknown but speculation is said she obtain them eating the fruit of the God Tree (Shinju). Other speculation says she gain the Byakugan naturally or through birth.

Naruto and Sasuke was suspended through life and death - precisely they was on the verge of death.

I assume Kabuto has a little of what is left of Orochimaru's Chakra or because he integrated his cells.
