I say keep the 5 kages that govern their smaller territories and the samurai and have the super kage (naruto) as the leader of the shinobi alliance (and technically the leader of those kages). He could act as a tie-breaker in all official dealings and becomes the true leader in times of crisis.

This makes it more democratic I think...

I think the 5 great nations are too large for one person. There will still be a need for a representative for each nation. Thus the reason i think the 5 kage will still stand.

NOPE, naruto is a kid, i doubt he can even be hokage at his age. (being hokage is not just about power)

the biggest problem in NV is the existence of shinobi themselves. so uniting under one kage or five won't really matter.

i think in the end, things will go back to normal (tsunade still hokage). then we will have a glimpse of an older naruto wearing the title of hokage.

yea maybe..i mean this is the first united shinobi war. and the fact that this war would show that naruto is the most powerful in any hidden village would or could show that he is capable. he protected the entire hidden villages alone. he also is going to be acknowledge by the other kages im sure when they can see what he could do. so he may be something more than a kage or maybe lead kage.
