We know current sasuke turn good after talking to Hashirama and other kages.However there are several chances for sasuke to turn evil again.
Firstly if Sasuke will slaughter the Elders that help Danzo to plot the uchiha clan massacre.Sasuke was not afraid to tell the other kages that he killed Danzo,he will not be afraid to kill the elders amongst the shinobi alliance even if he seem to be good.
Secondly Sasuke and Orichimaru had a conversation before they revive the hokages .They were talking about Orichimaru reason for wanted to destroy konoha.The conversation was not elaborated but just shown to the viewer for a reason.Kishimoto is a type of guy who leave hint or unclear stuffs in manga so he can later down the manga explain the reasons.It similar to Tobi becoming Obito,there were alot of hints showing Tobi was Obito .This lead me to think Sasuke and Orichimaru may have some other plan.Orichimaru was too nice or willing to follow Sasuke decision after Hashiram talked to him.There could be a possibility that Sasuke or Orichimaru could Obtain the Jubi but playing good guy so the edo kages,shinobi allaince and other weaken the Madara ,Obito and other.Obito maybe told Sasuke his plans to use him to get rinnegan to become the Jubi host.
Thirdly,we have not hear Madara and Obito side of the story .I know when Sasuke and other join the war,we will not see an automatic fight with Madara and other.They got to talk with each other to find out how Madara actually survive,why obito attack Minato and his intentions for sasuke.Obito maybe wanted Sasuke to get rinnegan fast inorder to revive the uchiha clan using the store sharingan eyes at his base.I don't know if Sasuke will stay good if Madara and Obito explain stuff that we donot know (base on plot twist).
Fourthly The Great sage toad said Naruto will fight a young boy with powerful eyes.The only young boy with powerful eyes is Sasuke.Sasuke already said he will Kill Naruto before he destroy Konoha .Since Konoha is out of the question due to Hashirama conversation ,then he still have intentions to kill Naruto.
