Im talking about the 4th great ninja war, if its oro instead of kabuto,
First lets start with edo tensei, in the fillers kabuto's edo tenssei,must be some of them was just pure luck, like chiyo and the other ones, also kabuto's edo tensei wasnt made from hashirama's senju dna which means its weak, and he only saved hashirama's senjus dna for madara because he only has one...which means, Oro probably doesnt trust him that much to tell kabuto about his secret bases like what jugo and the suigetsu that could probably win the war if naruto didnt drag out the tailed beasts to obito. Lets talk about oro's secret base though, this bases might included a lot that we mightve seen if oro wasnt been sealed,
Perfect sage mode - just like his son mitsuki did, theres a big chance that he was been messing with evolution ever since after the third died and he went hiding because of he wasnt be able to use his hand, he mightve have been finish making perfect mitsuki that could use snake sage mode before the war and possess its body.
He probably so strong than even hashirama cant break his binding.
During the era of madara and hashirama, theres no way you can easylie be considered a kage if your not hella strong and could get par with one of those two and live. If he can make a yamato and give it to danzo theres a chance that he had his own zetsus that he can use to make these kages specials and surpass their prime, other than the other hokages and those 1st kages spreaded all over the place even hashirama could break through to oro the alliance would still be dead and it would be a heavy casualties...
If oro was the one i dont think itachi could might stop him. He already fought itachi so he knows how strong he is, the one mistake that kabuto did was put madara so early, if it was oro i dont he wont do the same he might summoned madara to fight itachi and sasuke and test madara's power to them, or it might be hokages vs itachi.... You decide.. And then...
Oro mightve been the 10 tails jinchuriki. Obito put the tailed beast during the war to kabuto's edo tensei, oro can take this to his advantage and be the jinchuriki.
