There might be some confusion between Naruto and Sasuke at VOTE 2

I seen people say that Kurama only had half Kurama and nothing else, well I can proof that Naruto has all the Bijuu inside of him here:

Naruto

What does it mean by combining the split chakra? Does that mean that Sasuke is only combining little chakra of each bijuu into 1?

It seems both Naruto and Sasuke were using the same amount of Bijuu powers, although it is unclear if Naruto has both Kurama chakra or just Yin Kurama.

Sasuke made a note of him having little bijuu chakra left, meaning Sasuke obviously had way more.

If you are referring to strictly the number of beasts then yes they bith used all 9.

When he talks about the split chakras into one, he's referring to Hagoromo who split the juubi chakra's into 9 beats. That's why Kurama says he's doing the opposite of Hagoromo. Because he split the 9 chakras into one (Juubi) and Hagoromo did the opposite, split the Juubi chakra into 9 tailed beasts.

While Sasuke was preparing to use Indra's Arrow, Kurama was gathering Natural Energy at the last minute to possibly counter the attack.
