my theory :

normally only Rikudos can use nonuboko sword ...BUT !!!

1-since Naruto has few chakra from all other tailed beasts he might be able to use the nanuboko sword..

2-since sasuke got all the tailed beasts his chances to use that sword are higher then Naruto's

3-the nanuboko sword might be availabe only FOR THOSE who have : the will of fire..or are transmigarants of indra (directly or indrectly) such as Naruto...that is what explains why obito had hagoromo's circle staff despite him being a villian Rikudo...wich also explains why he could use the nanubuko sword...

conclusion : Sasuke got all the tailed beast...while Naruto got few of all tailed beasts chakra BUT has the senjus (indra) will of fire...

so their chances are equal......but maybe maybe naruto is in better position to use that sword SINCE ITS A SWORD OF THE SOUL!
