after i took a look on nagatos techniques, i saw that there is probably no technique that he cant counter. if there are some, tell me. for now i will give you counters for the strongest attacks.
Tailed Beast Bomb
1. Preta-Path: If the Chakra ball hits preta-path shield, it gets absorbed, because it can absorb any chakra technique with any amount of chakra.
2. Shinra Tensei. shinra tensei manipulated the gravitational force and can pull away the tailed beast bomb, wheter it is the normal sized or the hugest. remember naruto pushed away 5 tailed beast bombs with his physical strength and when his tbb hit tobis tbb they repelled each other but didnt explode immediately. so even if nagato gets attacked by 5 ttb, he can use shinra tensei on a 360 degree in order to repel them. gravitational pull is also rendering things like rasenshuriken easily useless.
nagato is a sensor and can sense his opponent with closed eyes. he can use any technique against kabuto if kabuto is going to attack him easily because he can feel him. itachi managed to withstand it even without sensing ability.
muki tensei
Shinra Tensei. a usual shinra tensei pushed kakashi away and destroyed his dog wall easily. kakashi said deva is able to repel all physical attacks and ninjutsu. muki tensei are also rocks only nagato can crush with a normal shinra tensei, like with kakashis huge wall.
Susanoo
Preta path absorbs any ninjutsu. shinra tensei with
amaterasu
shinra tensei repels, preta absorbs, nagato senses it.
genjutsu
nagato is a sensor. nagato has shared vision and can close his eyes. nagato has mastery over yin and yang.
perfect susanoo
nagato flys with deva path and asura boost on top. as a sensor he can simply dodge all attacks like kabuto dodged sasukes arrow. preta path absorbs, chou shinra tensei repels, celestial terra blast finishes.
flower tree world
mastery over fuuton blows away the pollen. chou shinra tensei destroyed a whole village and will also the forest. preta absorbs the chakra in the trees.
meteorite tchnique
celestial terra blast crushes the meteorite and pulls the user of the meteorite on top to crush him. bansho tenin also manipulates objects and nagato can use bansho tenin in order to divert it.
ninjutsu
all absorbed. all repelled with shinra tensei according to kakashi. all countered with nagatos elemental superiority because he can use all elements. sensed by nagato.
taijutsu
asura path. shinra tensei repels all attacks, kakashi admitted it.
mighty jinton
preta path absorbs. shinra tensei blows it away like with rasenshuriken.
