The "other way" he 's referring to could have several meanings i.e he could be referring to the "Moon's Eye" plan or most likely it's some shit that none of us will see coming

i know maybe its about naruto and sasuke, yin and yang. they are the opposite forces and in the end their cooperation will bring peace to the world atlast. maybe masashi is pointing to naruto and sasuke indirectly. just a guess.

However, this can be understood in 2 ways. Either they join hands and "co-operate", or they become one.

What has Madara done? He has become "one" with his opposite - Hashirama - by acquiring his cells. So yin and yang became one.
