There's is always more than one way to go about the plot and Kishi just used these for a reason and a better reason than anyone else does

Since pnj is a slang term for plot device it will correlate to whatever plot device is in discussion.The way a plot device can be received is up to the writer.Not all plot devices are bad its a term for a narrative structure used in any novel.Now all the noobs cry out pnj because the outcome of certain situation wasn't to there liking or wasn't to there expectations.He doesn't write the story the fans think of.He writes his story.
