This is based on the assumption that Naruto and Sasuke get to keep there new powers.

If the lose there new sage powers when the finally defeat Madara/Kaygua and all the reincarnated chakra finally disappear.

There before forms team 7 was pretty still well rounded. Of course Naruto and Sasuke were the strongest, Kakashi still has the #1 solo move, and Sakura was still the best healer and support.

But every Team is going die out, in a world of peace, whats the point of having ninjas.

It was never said the reincarnation chakra leaves them once its resolved, its a life long thing, it wasn't their conflict that caused them to be reincarnated it was their powerful chakra.

And how does having great power go against his goal of peace, he wants to protect his friends and that requires great power, or is Naruto going to protect them by hugging the people who try to kill them.

Just because the wars stop doesn't mean the world will be a perfect place without any problems or conflict, there are always going to be problems.

Naruto's goal was to become Hokage and become the greatest of all and surpass the previous ones, now he has done that (power wise).

Also the powers didn't come from reincarnation, the Sage gave his powers to them, he clearly said he was giving them half his power.

Indra didn't have the Rinnegan, he had a Sharingan.

True,but Why do Naruto and Sasuke need be in a conventional team? Sines The other members won't have anything to do and if you don't have a function you can't learn and grow if 2 Guys are doing all the work.

well you have to realize there comes a time when the members of a team get their own team. most likely the ninja system as we know it wont be in place anyways, but there will always be some sort of conflict. even if it's just a small group or one person, power will always be needed to keep the peace. without power and influence, peace cannot be obtained. but as far as team 7 is concerned, they probably will get their own team. or in the case of naruto, hokage or above somehow.
