DD mentioned Ryokugyu when introducing Fujitora
Ryokugyu means tiger like all the other admirals aliases he has an animal name to hide his real one.

Just because he was a celestial, he feels free to call Isshou asswipe and kick him in the latest chapter.

Yeah I agree but we can't have too many kind hearted Admirals or OP will be boring as **** we need different dynamics at Admiral position. We can't just have Admirals letting the SH go where they want to go

I want the next admiral to be a psychopath like the Joker. But in actuality the bull [Fujitora] and the tiger [Ryokugu] if based of their names Fujitora should be aggressive and violent like a bull, while the tiger should be much more tame.

I know tigers dont seem tame but alot of data points to them being the most docile of the big cats.

Is there any chance that Ryokugyoo was promoted and not inlisted? It would just be a personal preference if he was already a marine, it fells like Oda is cheating with this global inlistment, a army like institution would never do this, put a newbie in the highest rank. Dofla never actually said he was inlisted as well, just that he is a beast

As others have pointed out, the new admiral is Green Bull it even says it in the manga scan you provided. Also this has been called well before this chapter, I've seen at least 3 threads on here saying the next admiral would be Green Bull while a few said Orange.
