There Have Been 2 Moons

Introduction

Hello guys.. just before you jump of your jimmies and say Actually saying there have been 2 moons will make sense after you finish reading this. Now read here carefully well As I try to convince you why I say there have been 2 moons that existed in different times in Naruto:

1. Misconceptions:

We saw Kaguya trying to use Infinte Tsukoyomi meaning the moon was already there and we hear that SO6P created the moon

2. First Moon Existed in time of Kaguya.]

In the above scan I have seen Madara saying that Infinite Tsukoyomi requires the moon.. but besides knowing how Madara came into knowing how the Infinite tsukoyomi is activated and its conditions, how about the 1st infinite tsukoyomi that was used by kaguya? How was it stopped since it seems it was not successful .

Well here I am presenting a theory about the possibility of the existence of 2 moons. This would mean that the 1st moon was destroyed before the infinite Tsukoyomi was activated, because seems like maybe her kids managed to destroy the moon and ended Infinite Tsukoyomi. It seems like this is the most effectoive way to stop IT because its actually a jutsu that depends on moon itself for projection.

Maybe Hagoromo lost his brother that day when that happened. I know this might sound like fan fic but it is possible that Kaguya was trying to harbour a new fruit for the man she loved so that both can have this power... because that is the only logical explaination as to why Kaguya would try to create another fruit. Ahh... enough of that the thread is not about it lol.

3. So How Does a New moon exist?

When Kaguya failed into creating IT and Hagoromo faced the wrath of Juubi alongside with his brother I suppose hagoromo when he sealed the Gedo Mazo in the moon he created a new moon from the debris of the 1st moon and a second moon was created via chibaku tensei I suppose. Well there you have it there have been 2 moons in history of it....its not like Hagoromo was the 1st person to create the moon he just recreated what he and his brother destroyed... and ofcourse this is just a theory based on certain observations. Anyway I was just clearing the misconception made in this

Not sure in my words just my opinion but I think Kaguya didn't need the moon because she had what's needed for the activation of the jutsu on her forehead unlike Madara & Obito, but Kishi didn't give us info on everything about her and her era soo my theory and/or yours could be wrong or right I SAY F**K IT

Now on the point about the sage creating the moon, this has not been confirmed. Right now it's just here say, or hype around his name alone. We've found out that there has been times in Narutoverse where people have claimed things, and it ends up either being a lie, or a myth. Your thread is very well put together, but what your forgetting is how much emphasis Kishimoto puts on metaphors and symbolism. He often states something that may not be true, but the point of the statement isn't the truth in it, as much as the symbolism behind it.

I assumed the moon was a metaphor. The moon was not necessarily involved in The Moon Eye Plan. As seen in the Sage's "flashback," the Shinobi were connect to the Shinju and "feed" the Genjutsu.

Not if in the religions that he keeps referencing to uses a full moon, and a half moon to represent yin and yang. He's paying homage to a religion that represents yin/yang through full moon/crescent moon.
